How To: Accessing the Faculty/Staff Remote Desktop Environment Log in at https://ts-facstaff.pointpark.edu Enter your university credentials (e.g. “jsmith”), then click Sign in. Click on the icon for Faculty/Staff. From the desktop screen for Faculty/Staff authorized users can access Jenzabar. Depending on the size of your monitor, you may need to tap the scroll bar on the right side in order to see the bottom menu bar, which contains other applications accessible from the Windows Start menu. (bottom menu bar image) In the Windows Start menu, you will find the typical Microsoft productivity applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Access and save files on your Network drive (H:) from the file manager icon. *Be sure to save all files to your Network drive (H:). Any files saved on the local profile (desktop or elsewhere) may be lost when you log off. When finished, close your remote connection, and then sign out using the person icon in the top right corner.
