There is a known issue that the Microsoft browsers Internet Explorer and Edge have problems with assignments in Schoology. When you try to attach your file, the pointer changes to the spinning wheel and acts like it is uploading the file, but it never finishes.

Solution: Use Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
