If you get locked out of your account and need to reset your password, you can now do this through self-service password reset. To reset your password, simply follow these steps. 


  1. Either click the "Can't access your account?" link at the bottom of of any Microsoft sign-in page that asks for your Work or school account, or go directly to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

  2. Enter your full Point Park email address in the User ID field and enter the characters of the captcha then click “Next”


  3. Choose the contact method you would like to use for verification and follow the prompts to reset your password.


  4. Enter the code you receive or follow the instructions on the phone or via email.

  5. Choose your new password. Passwords must be 8 characters in length and contain a 3 of the following: capital letter, lowercase letter, number or a symbol. 

  6. You're all done and can now log into your email or nearly any other Point Park service!
